These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hoot — The Compass (the "Web App"), a statistical visualization tool operated by aaS Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Hoot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Web App.
Hoot is a statistical research and data visualization tool designed for educational and informational purposes only. It analyzes publicly available historical lottery draw data for Powerball and Mega Millions to identify frequency patterns and generate statistical models ("Compass paths").
Hoot is not a gambling platform. It does not accept wagers, manage bets, facilitate the purchase of lottery tickets, or pay out winnings of any kind. Use of Hoot does not constitute participation in any lottery or gambling activity.
By using Hoot, you represent and warrant that:
Hoot offers a one-time "Founder Key" purchase that unlocks the Compass path generation feature. Upon purchase:
All Founder Key purchases are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a Founder Key has been delivered. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this no-refund policy. See our Refund Policy for full details.
All content, design, source code, and branding associated with Hoot — including the name, owl logo, "The Compass" designation, and "Founder Key" terminology — are the proprietary property of aaS Enterprises LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Hoot is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), any state lottery commission, or any lottery operator.
Hoot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Web App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that draw data will be current or accurate at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aaS Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Hoot — including but not limited to financial losses related to lottery participation or reliance on any statistical output generated by the Web App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Hoot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date accordingly.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
