This Privacy Policy explains how aaS Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you access the Hoot statistical visualization web application (the "Web App").

1. No Data Collection of Analytics

Hoot is a non-custodial, client-side web application. This means:

Zero Telemetry: We do not track, monitor, or log your specific number selections, generated paths, golden picks, or historical analysis.
In-Browser Processing: All statistical computations run entirely within your device's active browser session.
Zero Server Transmission: Your analytical data, usage habits, and generated sets are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party databases.

2. Information We Collect

Because of our architecture, we collect only the absolute minimum information necessary to conduct business:

Purchase Information: When you purchase a Founder Key or access license, we collect the email address provided during checkout to deliver your access credentials.
Payment Data: We do not collect or store your credit card, bank, or financial information. All payments are securely processed by our authorized third-party Merchant of Record.
Support Inquiries: If you contact us for technical support, we collect the contents of your email solely to assist you.

3. How We Use Local Browser Storage

To provide a seamless experience, the Web App utilizes your browser's standard localStorage feature.

What Is Stored Locally: The Web App saves your entered license keys, third-party API keys (if provided), manually entered live draws, and saved Favorite blueprints directly to your device.
No Server Syncing: This data remains exclusively on your hardware. We do not sync local storage to our servers.
User Control & Purging: You maintain full control. You can permanently delete all locally stored data, saved sets, and keys at any time using the Purge Data button in the Web App's interface.
No Tracking Cookies: Hoot does not use intrusive tracking cookies, cross-site advertising pixels, or third-party behavioral trackers.

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited information we collect (your email address) is used strictly to:

Deliver your access keys and purchase receipts.
Provide critical updates regarding the Web App.
Respond to customer service and support requests.
Prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.

5. No Data Selling or Sharing

aaS Enterprises LLC does not, and will never, sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold. Because we retain only your purchase email, you may request its deletion by contacting support. Note that deleting your purchase record may result in revocation of your license key and access to the Web App.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
