If you experience a technical issue that prevents your Founder Key from activating or functioning correctly, please contact us at support@aaservent.com. We will work promptly to diagnose and resolve the issue and ensure your access is restored. Technical difficulties do not entitle you to a refund but will be addressed as a priority.
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact your payment provider and reach out to us immediately. We will cooperate fully with any legitimate fraud investigation.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your Founder Key. We strongly encourage you to reach out to support@aaservent.com before initiating any dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.
